As the Product Manager- Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle and implementation of key, Sales and marketing applications. From Customer Relation Management (CRM), through Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) to offers and invoicing using our key platform, Salesforce. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to define and drive best practise; providing tools, training, support and guidance to users in markets striving for continuous improvement and optimisation of the end to end processes. 


What you’ll be doing


As the Product Manager for Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for-

  • Ensuring that all Sales & Marketing solutions are aligned to the Company Strategy.  
  • Providing CRM, CPQ and Sales process and technical expertise to the Technology and Sales teams, ensuring successful and timely delivery of tools that support best in class sales operational processes
  • Leading development, approval, communication and deployment of new products/product changes in line with agreed Company processes.  
  • Recommending the design and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing both internal and external customer’s needs; appraising new product ideas or packaging changes, ensuring that they are in line with the overall strategy and goals of the Sales & Marketing function. 
  • Providing the first point of reference for all product related, training, implementation, deployment and post-implementation support.  
  • Managing the impact of change on our people through collaboration with the Change Director, ensuring excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to drive buy-in and adoption of key initiatives.
  • Driving the adoption of best practices by key users across all CCI countries.
  • Building and maintaining key relationships within the business, working collaboratively with development teams, internal PMO and business units to deliver as part of a team effort.
  • Leading a team providing direction, management and personal development to team members, ensuring that the team strives towards excellence in delivery of their activities

Problem resolution for new and existing products.

You will have

  • Experience in Product management or systems implementation across multiple countries. 
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Salesforce, CRM systems and CPQ solutions.
  • Highly effective communication with clients, senior stakeholders and providers both internally and externally in Tech as well as all other business areas. 
  • Strong organizational and consultative skills
  • The motivation and ability to be a good people manager that can motivate a team.
