Philippe Baudillon is Regional CEO Clear Channel France, Belgium, Netherlands and has overall responsibility for all aspects of Clear Channel's French, Belgian and Dutch businesses, including sales, real estate, Finance, IT, Legal, Human Resources, and development.
France is the single largest market in Clear Channel International's portfolio and has developed 125,000 advertising faces around the country. Clear Channel France (CCF) is the number one outdoor company on classic and digital formats in malls, and one of the leading providers of outdoor street furniture, bus and parking advertising solutions.
Philippe joined CCF in 2008 as General Manager and became President in 2009.
Before his current role, Philippe was General Manager for France 2 (2005-2007), and was CEO for France‘s Paris 2010 Olympic bid. He was General Manager for OENOBIOL (1998-2001), and CEO for CANAL France Intl (1994-1998). Philippe also founded SIMA International (1990-1993, 2001-2003).
Prior to these private sector roles, Philippe worked in government service as Deputy Diplomatic Advisor to the Prime Minister (1993-1994), Deputy Manager for Legal Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1988-1990), Minister of Transport Cabinet (1987-1988), Mayor of Paris Cabinet (1984-1986), and Minister of Foreign Affairs (Dept of African and Madagascar Affairs, 1981-1984).
Philippe attended the Ecole National d’Administration, the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, and received an MA in Sociology and Private Law from Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes.
Outside work, Philippe spends his time doing sport activities including tennis, squash, golf, football and skiing.
